How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free. We offer Standard Shipping only, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, to addresses within the United States.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost of making it right.

Warranty & Assembly

Do your products come with a warranty?

Do your products require assembly?
Yes, most swing sets, playsets, gazebos, pergolas, sheds, and saunas require assembly. Instructions and hardware are included with each product.
