Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging wherever possible
  • The item must be in resellable condition, with all original parts, hardware, and manuals included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Custom or made-to-order items, and items marked as final sale on the product page, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Step 1 β€” Contact Us: Email support@roneysfurniture.com or call +1 (510) 352-1175 before sending anything back. If the item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a short description of the issue.

Step 2 β€” Receive Return Instructions: Once we review your request, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Step 3 β€” Return the Item: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
  • Original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable

Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability of the replacement. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. In most cases, no return shipment is required, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
