Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Method & Cost

We offer one shipping option on every order:

  • Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days — Free

We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or international shipping options.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Handling time is typically 1–2 business days before an order ships
  • Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days once your order has shipped
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day

Because many of our items, including gazebos, playsets, pergolas, sheds, and saunas, are large and delivered by freight or parcel carrier depending on size, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Address

We are only able to ship to one address per order. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items
